Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our company for your website design and software development needs. We strive to provide you with the best services and products possible. However, we understand that there might be situations where you need to cancel a project or request a refund. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellation Policy:

1.1 Project Cancellation by the Client:

If you decide to cancel a project after signing the contract and making the initial payment, you must notify us in writing (email or official letter). Depending on the stage of the project and the work already completed, a cancellation fee will be applicable as follows:

If the project is still in the early stages and no significant work has been done, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total project cost will apply. If the project is in progress and substantial work has been completed, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total project cost will apply. If the project is nearing completion, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total project cost will apply.

1.2 Project Cancellation by Our Company:

While we strive to meet all project commitments, there may be rare circumstances that force us to cancel a project. If this happens, we will provide a full refund for any payments made by the client up to that point.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1 Full Refunds:

A full refund will be provided if we fail to initiate the project within the agreed-upon timeframe without valid reasons. If we are unable to deliver the project as per the terms outlined in the contract, a full refund will be offered.

2.2 Partial Refunds:

If the client is not satisfied with the initial design concepts provided, a partial refund may be offered at the discretion of our company. If the client faces any issues with the functionality or performance of the software product developed by us, we will investigate the matter. If the issues are found to be due to our company's shortcomings, a partial refund may be granted.

2.3 No Refunds:

No refunds will be issued once the final project deliverables have been approved by the client and the project has been completed successfully. We will not be liable to provide any refund for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, force majeure events, or client-provided incorrect information.

3. Refund Procedure:

To request a refund, the client must send a written request via email to our official refund department. Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written request. Please read this policy carefully before initiating any projects with us. By proceeding with the project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
